* if you are moving from OUTSIDE Moray, to notify us you have purchased a property and want to pay Council Tax
* if you are moving from OUTSIDE Moray, to notify us you have leased a property and want to pay Council Tax
* if you reside in Moray and are NOT LIABLE for Council Tax at the property your previously lived in
* if you are a LANDLORD whose property has become vacant making you liable to pay Council Tax
Once we have validated the information that you have provided to us we will send you a Council Tax bill confirming the amount that you are due to pay and the methods by which you may make payment. If you have chosen to pay by Direct Debit this bill will confirm the dates that instalments will be deducted from your nominated bank or building society account.
