CookSafe is a guidance manual for a food safety management system based on the HACCP principals. It has been produced by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) and is available to the catering sector through the Environmental Health Section where further assistance and support can be provided.

The Moray Council works closely with the FSA in ensuring food safety and issuing of guidance.
 
The quality of the service is audited by the FSA on an annual basis.
